Cloud Transformation / Business Strategy & Security Solutions (CTSS) provides information technology, business process, Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) implementation and IT security & controls consulting solutions to medium and large scale businesses.
CTSS is focused on helping these companies assess their current state business model’s Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) with the feasibility of improving their existing business (ERP) and IT processes or transforming to a potential Outsourcing, Managed Services or Cloud Computing solution. This will include initial TCO and ROI current state assessment using our proprietary assessment tools, developing the Request for Proposal (RFP) and helping to select the most qualified vendors that best meet the company's business / IT goals and objectives.
Once the service provider has been selected we will assist in the transformation and integration process which will include development and negotiation of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Project Management (PM) leadership and most importantly the assessment of the adequacy of the vendor or service provider’s security and controls. A key consideration in our service model is that we are “Vendor Neutral.”
When implementing new business applications, processes and IT solutions, especially related to ERP, Project management is the key to a successful implementation. Inadequate project management has played a major role in failed implementations. A qualified, dedicated project management team is rule number one in all new business implementations. We help to provide not only an experienced team but a roadmap to lead the transformation efforts to a successful implementation.
One of the most important considerations in implementing new systems, business processes or moving to an outsourcing / cloud environment is ensuring that adequate data integrity controls and security exist within the application or with the service provider. Our Methodology and experience focuses on assessing a new application or service provider's security and control capabilities and that the appropriate industry accepted certifications exists to ensure that our client has the assurance that adequate controls and security are present over their data, not only at time of conversion or transition, but throughout their entire business process. It also focuses on these controls at the client site to ensure a complete end to end security solution is developed.
